Coordinador de saneamiento
Sanitation coordinators are responsible for all activities involved in maintaining the cleanliness of their assigned production area. They are responsible for the day-to-day execution of a sanitation team and coordinate their activities using a master sanitation schedule. Sanitation coordinators also perform daily monitoring to ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards.

¿Qué responsabilidades tendré?
- Direct all daily sanitation activities within the processing plant
- Assist in the cleaning of all infrastructure, weigh feeders and all parts of equipment
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sanitation records
- Investigate any issues and recommend/complete corrective actions
- Work in conjunction with other departments on sanitation tasks
- Follow food safety and health requirements
- Oversee the dismantling, cleaning, reassembly and sanitizing of equipment and utensils in the plant environment
- Facilitate spills and leaks policy
- Develop, implement, validate and make adjustments to master sanitation schedules
- Provide initial and annual training on proper sanitation practices
- Ensure proper usage of chemicals and tools
- Lead, train and provide constructive feedback to the sanitation team members
- Monitor and assure maintenance of sanitation equipment
- Interact with third-party auditors to facilitate food safety audits within the plant
- Coordinate the services of contractors and external cleaning crews

Formación requerida:
A high school diploma is required, and an associate degree in business operations, food safety or agricultural business is preferred. Typically experience working as a sanitation technician is required prior to becoming a coordinator.
