Human Resources Generalist
Human resources (HR) generalists provide support across all HR services, especially services pertaining to the recruitment, development and employment of staff. They ensure that employees receive compensation and benefits for their work while also ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Most HR professionals receive training as an HR generalist and then choose if they want to specialize in a particular area of HR as an HR specialist.

What Responsibilities Will I Have?
- Be responsible for recruiting new employees and hiring for positions within a company
- Assist in figuring staffing logistics and organizational planning
- Coordinate practices that monitor how well employees are doing and how they can improve
- Manage employee development
- Maintain compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Assist with specific initiatives, projects and assignments
- Focus on employee orientation, development and training
- Develop company policies and documentation
- Maintain relationships with employees
- Administrate compensation and benefits
- Maintain employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Attend career fairs to recruit potential candidates for the company
- Develop, post and manage company job postings
