Técnico en Ciencias de los Alimentos

Food science technicians support food scientists in improving food products and processes. This role involves preparing and testing samples, conducting experiments, documenting results and assisting with routine lab activities. By supporting daily lab operations and performing analytical tests, they help research and development (R&D) teams advance experiments that contribute to new and improved food products.

  • Perform laboratory tests on products to verify they meet specifications defined by food scientists

Education/Training Required
