  • Collaborate with engineers and management on system upgrades
  • Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams and technical formulas
  • Assist engineers in developing, building or testing prototypes or new products, processes or procedures
  • Prepare layouts, drawings or sketches of machinery or equipment using drafting equipment or computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Support quality control and compliance checks
  • Test and calibrate equipment for optimal operation
  • Train staff on new processes and safety standards
  • Maintain documentation for process changes and improvements
  • Adhere to health, safety and environmental compliance regulations

Education/Training Required
