¿Qué responsabilidades tendré?
- Assist on research project teams as assigned by research management
- Work within agreed budgets and reporting deadlines
- Conduct experiments as outlined by the PI
- Perform complex and routine laboratory testing
- Write research proposals to secure funding
- Use computer software to analyze results
- Perform research using scientific journals
- Collect data and summarize key findings
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
- Actively participate in research discussions and meetings
- Maintain analytical equipment to ensure operational requirements are met
- Utilize state-of-the-art technologies to complete research projects

Formación requerida:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a science-related field like animal science, natural resource management, plant breeding, agronomy, crop science, soil science, biology or a related field is preferred to become a research associate. Some companies may require a doctoral degree for this position.
