Técnico hidráulico
Hydraulic technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machines that use pressurized fluids to carry power from one place to another. They are responsible for fabricating, repairing, installing and commissioning hydraulic and mechanical systems.

¿Qué responsabilidades tendré?
- Install, maintain and repair hydraulic systems
- Read blueprints while diagnosing problems
- Perform preventative maintenance of hydraulic systems
- Conduct preliminary cost/completion estimates based on drawings, codes and procedures
- Perform welding, metal fabrication and electrical assembly
- Provide drawing review and suggestions related to part inspection and testing
- Use computers to investigate and repair hydraulic equipment
- Reassemble machines and equipment
- Build prototypes, final assemblies (product in the last stage of the manufacturing process) and sub-assemblies (unit built separately that will be a part of a larger product) following verbal direction, prototype drawings and production drawings
- Read dials and meters to analyze parts performance
- Complete required documentation (electronic and manual) of testing and repair procedures
- Operate machines to modify parts tested or to fabricate experimental parts for testing
- Upkeep shop maintenance
- Work within company and state safety regulations
- Fabricate and install tubing, piping and hoses
Cursos de bachillerato recomendados:
- agricultural education, particularly agricultural mechanics
- focus on science and mathematics
Formación requerida:
A high school diploma or, more preferably, an associate degree in industrial equipment technologies, mechanics, precision systems service, HVAC maintenance or electronics is required.
