They watch over the machinery and adjust controls to keep production running safely and efficiently. Also, they record measurements, run routine quality checks and follow regulatory procedures to ensure each stage of production meets required standards.

¿Qué responsabilidades tendré?
- Operate and monitor ethanol production equipment
- Adjust machine controls through computer systems to maintain steady processing conditions
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before production cycles
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with the support of the operations team
- Collect and analyze product-stream samples for quality checks
- Record production data, equipment downtime and maintain accurate logs
- Perform routine maintenance on pumps, valves and tanks
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Brief incoming operators on plant status and upcoming tasks

- Follow proper chemical handling and storage procedures
- Work with fractions, percentages, decimals and metric measurements
